Question 1

How much is a two-person moving crew?

Accepted Answer

Standard moving labor is $100 per hour for a two-person crew with a two-hour minimum, so the starting labor total is $200. Jobs longer than three hours receive a 10% labor discount through MovingHelp.com.

Question 2

How do I book and pay?

Question 3

Is same-day moving labor available?

Accepted Answer

Same-day help may be available when the schedule allows. A 25% same-day premium applies and is reflected in the MovingHelp.com booking total.

Question 4

What does U-Box service cost?

Accepted Answer

U-Box delivery, loading, and unloading is $250 per box, plus $2 per mile for round-trip travel. Confirm the job address and final total through MovingHelp.com.

Question 5

Can you move heavy or specialty items?

Accepted Answer

Some heavy or unusual items may be accepted after an individual review. Contact John with dimensions, estimated weight, stairs, turns, and access details before booking.

Question 6

Do you provide moving pads?

Accepted Answer

Not at this time. Customers should obtain enough moving pads with the rental truck so furniture and fragile surfaces can be wrapped and protected.

Question 7

Who provides tie-down straps?

Accepted Answer

If Rowann Tree Helping Hands both loads and unloads the same move, the crew can use its own straps. For a one-way loading job, the customer must provide straps that remain with the truck during transit.

Question 8

What area do you serve?

Accepted Answer

The general service area extends approximately 50 miles around Redding, with a home base in Anderson. Exact availability depends on the pickup address, destination, schedule, and job details.

Question 9
